STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

As a strategic partnership manager, you help manage the relationship your company has with each of its partners, which can include suppliers, contractors, and outside attorneys. In this role, you may network with potential partners to learn more about them, determine whether or not each partner can help the company’s overall business strategy, and otherwise help decide if partnerships offer any opportunities to support the brand. You often help create pipelines to find new partners, use predetermined metrics to see how valuable each partnership is, and negotiate to get improved returns on each investment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Nurturing and growing existing funding relationships with government agencies, foreign aid and BPO sector
  • Fundamental to the role is the requirement to meet agreed revenue growth targets through a combination of organic growth with existing partnerships, new funding and new service model development / partnerships.
  • Develop a strategic approach to partnership development including renewed revenue and referral objectives
  • Representing the organization in negotiations, and at conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums, and promoting existing and new programs and policies
  • Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using the appropriate methods to facilitate the development of a profitable business and sustainable relationships
  • Manage all corporate services relates tasks
  • Providing high level administrative, strategic planning and operational support, research and advice to senior management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning, facility management and information services
  • Develop and manage the organization’s administrative, financial, physical and staff resources
  • Developing and implementing administrative, financial and operational procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organisation
  • Analyzing complex resource management issues and initiatives that affect the organisation, and preparing associated reports, correspondence and submissions
  • Providing information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets
  • Leading, managing and developing administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information
  • Implement strategies and tactics that would further enhance our earned and paid marketing through means of our company website, social media channels, eDM to optimize our digital performance.
  • Maintain a consistent social media personality and purpose in line with our brand
  • Promote the energy efficacy  services and products to potential clients

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification BSc, BA or MBA
  • Telecommunications experience is highly desirable
  • 5 + years of proven successful experience in business development or customer success
  • Track record of high performance in prior roles
  • Good working experience in Digital Marketing and SEO activities
