Who we are Looking for?
- Verbal & written fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
- Experience in a call centre, customer services in the Hospitality industry would be advantageous
- An energetic and super friendly nature that is ultra-customer-service-focused!
- Excellent rapport and relationship building skills
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Collaborate with other call centre professionals to improve customer service
