Who we are Looking for?

• Verbal & written fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
• Experience in a call centre, customer services in the Hospitality industry would be advantageous
• An energetic and super friendly nature that is ultra-customer-service-focused!
• Excellent rapport and relationship building skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Collaborate with other call centre professionals to improve customer service
